(POISSON CRU)

INGREDIENTS

  • 650 gram Fresh fish, cut into 2cm-ish cubes.
  • 2 Limes – juiced.
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped.
  • 2 Tomatoes seeded and chopped.
  • 2 Spring onions chopped.
  • 1 cup Coconut milk.

METHOD

  1. Rinse the fish in well-salted water for a few minutes then drain and pat dry.
  2. Mix the fish with the lime juice and place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
