At Waterfront Bar and Grill we aim to provide fresh, tasty, satisfying meals prepared with care by our local chefs and served up with a smile by our friendly local staff.
We endeavour to source as much as possible from the variety of exceptional produce that Vanuatu has to offer. From succulent beef to mouth watering, freshly caught tuna and local poulet fish to hot crisp pizzas fresh out of our pizza ovens, our menu has something for everyone.
Our deserts are sumptuous and legendary and all this is complimented by an extensive wine list featuring Australian, New Zealand and French wines.
The team at Waterfront Bar and Grill is always ready to welcome guests for lunch or dinner, 7 days a week in our relaxed open air dining space on Port Vila Harbour.
